One of Türkiye’s largest culinary gatherings, the 9th International Adana Taste Festival, opens its doors from October 10–12, 2025.
This year’s theme, “Flavors Across Generations,” celebrates the timeless heritage of Turkish cuisine and will take place in Adana’s Central Park, bringing together over 150 local producers, master chefs, and gastronomy brands.
Among this year’s featured guests are some of the most renowned names in Türkiye’s culinary scene:
Mehmet Yalçınkaya – MasterChef Türkiye jury member, known as a “modern ambassador of Turkish cuisine.”
Arda Türkmen – Television host and restaurant entrepreneur, recognized as “the master of modern presentation.”
Ömür Akkor – Award-winning chef and author, celebrated as “the historian of Anatolian cuisine.”
Yunus Emre Akkor – A leading figure in reinterpreting traditional Turkish flavors.
Throughout the three-day festival, visitors will enjoy a rich program ranging from open-air kitchens and tasting booths to chef workshops and local producer showcases.
For the first time this year, the event will also host “Branding in Gastronomy and Tourism” panels, providing valuable networking opportunities for destination-based investors and hotel executives.
More than a celebration of Adana’s iconic kebab and culinary heritage, the Adana Taste Festival stands out as a destination brand that promotes Türkiye’s cultural and gastronomic diversity to the world.
