As traditional methods give way to digital solutions in the tourism industry, innovative platforms are no longer just about convenience—they now offer powerful collaborations and profitable business models. We had a conversation with Olga Philippova Atlı, one of the executives behind the HelloOtel TurboMarketing system, to learn more about the vision and impact of this pioneering platform.

Tourism Explorer: Hello Ms. Philippova, thank you for accepting our interview request. Today, we’d like to talk with you about the remarkable HelloOtel TurboMarketing system. Could you briefly explain what this system is?
Olga Philippova Atlı: Thank you, it’s my pleasure. HelloOtel TurboMarketing is a centralized, multifunctional platform that connects hotel sales and marketing departments with travel agencies, tourists, and relevant service providers. Our goal is to digitally streamline operations and connect all stakeholders in the industry more efficiently.
Tourism Explorer: Can you tell us about some of the specific technological solutions your system offers?
Olga Philippova Atlı: Of course. We’ve developed several digital tools to enhance the experience for travel agencies, tourists, and hoteliers. These include Telegram bots like Tourist Helper and Hotel Assistant, as well as a system called Room Selection. These tools not only make the holiday process smoother for travelers but also increase guest satisfaction. They also make it easier for hotels to operate and for guests to purchase additional services. For example, with Room Selection, guests can choose their preferred room in advance, and hotels can earn additional income from this process.
Tourism Explorer: You also mention a loyalty system. How does that work?
Olga Philippova Atlı: At the core of HelloOtel lies our strategic loyalty model. The agency, through our system, sends reservation details to the hotels (that take part in our system) at the right time. This system both increases guest satisfaction and offers operational advantages to agencies. However, hotel managers and marketing teams benefit the most from this system.
Tourism Explorer: And how do hotel marketers teams benefit from this system?
Olga Philippova Atlı: Reservations are made through any operator, and through our system, the relevant agency sends reservation information to hotels. Thus the marketing departments of hotels have access to unique statistical data through our system. By this means, hotels can forecast real occupancy rates in advance and determine a solid pricing policy and marketing strategy throughout the season. Additionally, detailed reservation data enables hotels to better organize guest stays, minimizing unexpected issues.

Tourism Explorer: What is the current scope of your system?
Olga Philippova Atlı: At the moment, approximately 80 hotels in Türkiye, Egypt, Thailand, and Northern Cyprus are integrated into our system. We aim to expand our geographic reach further. We currently have 1,200 regional representative offices and around 25,000 travel agencies in our network. Our headquarters is located in Antalya, but we have representatives in over 20 countries worldwide.
Tourism Explorer: What other opportunities do you offer for agencies?
Olga Philippova Atlı: We’ve developed several modules that help agencies generate additional income. These include services such as yacht rentals, transfer bookings, and eSIM card sales, alongside hotel reservations. This way, agencies can offer comprehensive travel solutions that go far beyond accommodation.
Tourism Explorer: Can you also share some details about your offline marketing activities?
Olga Philippova Atlı: Certainly. We regularly organize large-scale marketing events both in Türkiye and abroad. Applications for these events are made through our system and thanks to our organized and systematic B2B meetings, we provide direct networking opportunities between travel agencies and hotel operators.. We also offer complimentary accommodation at partner hotels to attending agencies. In this way, these events provide great exposure for the hotels and allow agents to experience the properties firsthand.
Tourism Explorer: Lastly, how would you define the vision of HelloOtel TurboMarketing?
Olga Philippova Atlı: HelloOtel TurboMarketing is a one-of-a-kind platform in its field. Our mission is to create an international marketing arena for travel agencies, hoteliers, and service providers. Through organizing workshops, forums, and tourism fairs, we aim to support the growth of the tourism industry on both local and global levels. We are also currently working on several innovative projects for the hospitality and travel industry, we will share the details soon.
Tourism Explorer: Thank you very much for your valuable insights, Ms. Philippova. We believe HelloOtel’s innovations will make a significant impact on the tourism world.
Olga Philippova Atlı: Thank you. I look forward to continuing this journey together as we shape the digital future of tourism.
