The “HelloOtel International Tourism Forum,” organized by HelloOtel, was held between May 5–10 at FashionTV Luxe Resort in Antalya. Bringing together approximately 800 tourism professionals from 15 countries, including Russia, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Ukraine, and Moldova, the event emerged as a notable platform for new-season B2B networking flows, and regional business collaborations.
Within the scope of the forum, a total of 81 hotel brands from various destinations, including Türkiye and Egypt, held one-to-one meetings with international travel agencies. Throughout the event, discussions centered particularly on CIS markets, alternative outbound movements, and regional sales networks, accelerating partnership processes ahead of the 2026 summer season.
Strengthening B2B Traffic in Antalya
Workshop sessions held on May 6 and May 8 enabled direct commercial engagement between hotels and travel agencies. Industry professionals participating in the organization focused not only on partnership negotiations but also on operational collaborations, new destination packaging, and cross-market sales models.
Strong participation from the Russian and Ukrainian markets further reinforced Antalya’s role as a regional hub in tourism flows across the Black Sea and Eastern Europe axis. The discussions held throughout the forum indicated an acceleration of alternative sales networks and new partnership structures for the 2026 season.
In a period where compact and result-oriented forum formats are gaining ground over traditional trade fair models, the HelloOtel organization stood out for its ability to generate direct business development, fast networking, and decision-maker-level engagement.
Gala Night Reinforced Premium Positioning
The gala night held on May 9 at FashionTV Luxe Resort stood out as one of the most high-impact networking moments of the program, while the social dimension of the event was not limited to a single evening. Throughout the entire May 5–10 schedule, stage performances and curated show programs were organized every night under different concepts.
MOT, DJ JEA, and Katya Guseva performed across this series of events on different nights, creating a continuously dynamic atmosphere that kept participant engagement consistently active. This structure formed a social networking layer complementing daytime B2B meetings, significantly increasing the overall interaction volume of the forum.
This integrated design positioned the HelloOtel International Tourism Forum not merely as a commercial meeting platform, but as a next-generation tourism hub that combines business development processes with an experience-driven event architecture.
