As of September 2025, the group has finalized agreements for 10 new properties, increasing its total portfolio to 81 hotels. The new projects span strategic cities such as Ankara, İzmir, Trabzon, Van, and Gaziantep, as well as Northern Cyprus and Central Asian markets.
