Today, this area is an absolute example of successful growth. However, in the last decade, increased competition in the global tourism market has posed new challenges for Türkiye. Competition now extends beyond countries to regions, hotels and other players within the industry. Effective marketing remains a key factor in maintaining the competitiveness of hotels.

However, only 5% of hotels in Türkiye have the necessary resources: a sufficient budget and qualified specialists. Even with the availability of funding, many face a shortage of professional staff.
