World Travel Market (WTM) London 2025, one of the world’s most prestigious tourism gatherings, took place on 4–6 November at ExCeL London. Once again, the fair served as a global platform where international tourism policies, investment strategies, and emerging trends were discussed.

4,500 Companies from 182 Countries Gathered in London

This year’s event brought together over 4,500 companies from 182 countries. More than 50,000 industry professionals met over three days for business meetings and new partnerships. The main themes of the fair revolved around technology, sustainability, and experience-driven tourism.

Participants focused on topics such as digital transformation, data-driven marketing, and green energy applications. Industry leaders shared new tourism visions spanning from AI-powered sales models to carbon-neutral hotels. Going beyond traditional destination promotions, WTM London 2025 highlighted a holistic approach to the global tourism economy.

Türkiye Showcased the Rising Identity of the Mediterranean

With a 909 m² national stand, 76 participating organizations, and hundreds of B2B meetings, Türkiye made a strong impression at this year’s WTM under the coordination of TGA (Türkiye Tourism Promotion and Development Agency) and TÜRSAB (Association of Turkish Travel Agencies).
Located in one of the busiest areas of the East Mediterranean Hall, Türkiye’s stand featured themes such as culture, gastronomy, health, MICE, and experience tourism, drawing significant attention from visitors and media alike.

Türkiye’s 2025 strategy focuses on attracting high-income tourist profiles, expanding brand recognition in new markets, and achieving year-round tourism. During the fair, officials held numerous meetings with international tour operators, airlines, and technology providers as part of the country’s efforts to reach its USD 64 billion tourism revenue target.

Industry Outlook

For Türkiye, WTM London 2025 was not just another fair — it marked a turning point, shaping the global networks that will define the 2026 tourism season. Through this event, Türkiye strengthened both its market diversity and brand identity.
